Very consistent! Atmosphere and service were great. Food was exactly as expected from this restaurant...very consistent!

I made a reservation here on Friday for the purpose of taking my mom out to celebrate her birthday. I called ahead to ask for a Reservation in the bar area, which they were gladly able to help me out with. Once we arrived the table presentation was beautifully set up with silverware and wine glasses before hand which my mother thought was very nice. Our server Chelsea was extremely informative and able to answer any questions that either me or my mom had about different wines and her opinion on appetizers or entrées to go with when we became indecisive. To start off with drinks, I asked Chelsea her opinion on a good martini that was sweet, but didn't taste overly flavored with syrups. She recommended Dana's Pineappletini, which I will say was one of the best martini's I've had. When it comes to wine me and my mother have opposite interests. I tend to fall on the sweet and smoother side while she prefers dry and bitter reds. My mother asked for her recommendation when it came to a dry red and Chelsea offered to bring out a few options for her to sample the wines that she would recommend. Chelsea brought out this beautiful presentation of miniature wine glasses that she also brought a sheet of paper labeling each wine for my mom to try. Chelsea walked her through each wine and what the flavor components were in each glass until my mom was able to decide on which one she would prefer to order. For the appetizer, we ordered the Drunken Shrimp, which was absolutely delicious. Going into detail about how it all tasted isn't good enough to explain that you have to go and try it for yourself, I also ended up taking another order home to go because I couldn't get enough of them! Then for entrées I ordered the Surf and Turf with the Parmesan Crusted Filet Medallions with the Scallops Gratin and the Roasted Broccolini. My mother ordered the Blackened Bleu Prime Skirt Steak Chopped Salad, originally she was asking Chelsea her opinion on the Chimichurri skirt steak. Chelsea recommended that her opinion was it pairs best with the chopped salad option. My mother didn't like blue cheese, so Chelsea offered to customize the salad by removing the blue cheese crumbles and dressing but keep the Italian vinaigrette. My mother and I really appreciated how our server didn't mind her asking to remove or add different items to an entree, as usually in the past we've more often experienced how this can be bothersome to ask servers but not Chelsea. Everything arrived to the table quickly but spaced out enough for us to enjoy each item at our own pace. We were able to finish our appetizer and first round of drinks before the entrées had arrived. Chelsea did an amazing job making sure if there was anything we needed she would be there to check in. We also noticed that she was taking care of a larger section in the bar area and still didn't leave us unattended, which we appreciated tremendously. My mom was curious about the wine club at Cooper's Hawk so Chelsea was able to bring a pamphlet and she took her time to explain how the membership worked and what the benefits were to signing up. Originally we didn't have the intentions of signing up for any membership, but to see how great of a deal it was to sign up to receive discounted or free wine bottles and stack up points with each visit was something that definitely was worth the membership. The monthly cost for the membership were extremely affordable as it actually ended up saving you money if you purchase wine bottles or different entrées that you could receive for free during your meal overtime as the points collect. Overall, we had an amazing experience, and I truly feel like that wouldn't have been possible without the initiative and effort put in by our server and the restaurant and kitchen staff throughout our whole meal. Chelsea was very attentive, kind, caring, and open to conversation, she didn't make me or my mother feel like we were just another table throughout our expirience. She provided a dining experience that truly felt like the service that should be expected from all servers coming from somebody who has worked in the restaurant industry themselves. We will definitely be returning to this establishment requesting for Chelsea each time :)

Dylan S. was super informative and conversational. Would come back just for him next time. We love coming here for date night with our friends!!

Great service, our server Tim Gardner, was so professional, and attentive, we will always come back here!! The food was outstanding

I enjoy coopers hawk a lot since it always provides an upscale environment and menu items. I haven't had a bad item here yet and it seems like everything from their service, wine pairings, food is all streamlined well. I have taken advantage of some flights as well and it's neat to hear the descriptions of each as you sip them.

Had Cooper's Hawk for lunch yesterday with a friend for the first time! The pretzel bread that they served prior to the meal was hot and fresh and super tasty. I ordered the lunch salad and soup. I chose the wedge salad and tortilla soup. The soup was served in a small, normal sized soup cup and the salad was on the same plate. This was $20, so I was a little surprised at how small the portion of salad was. It tasted delicious! Again the soft drink price surprised me at $4.99. Our waitress was friendly, but was not super familiar with the menu when my friend asked a few basic questions. Average experience overall. At this price point ($30+ lunch) I would likely choose something else next time.

Happy New Year! We went here on New Year's Day. I was surprised and happy that they were open. We figured we wanted to start the New Year off right with a nice dinner. I made a reservation and we went. Once we arrived, we were seated right away. I was and wasn't surprised at how busy they were. I guess others had the same idea we had. Our waitstaff, Hope, came over and took our drink order. Hubs got a tasting of their Reserve Red. I tasted it. It was too dry for me but hubs was a fan and got a glass. I got my usual unsweetened iced tea, the older kid got lemonade and the baby got water. For apps, we ordered the Sweet Chile Calamari and the Egg rolls. The Calamari was delicious! Fried perfectly and the sauce was good. I didn't eat the egg rolls but both the kid and hubs said they were really good. For meals, I got the Gnocchi, the kid got a burger, hubs got the Jambalaya, and the baby mac and cheese with fruit. My Gnocchi was very good except the panchetta. It was cooked a little too long and you could taste the char. It wasn't pleasant. The good thing is I didn't taste it often. Hubs said his meal was ok but he'd get something different next time. The kid lined his burger and the baby loved her mac and cheese. I also had a ceasar salad that was delicious. The dressing has pesto in it. Definitely a different take on it. For our first dinner of 2024, it was great! I know we will be back. Also, Hope was amazing as waitstaff. She was very attentive.
